Delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class which usually takes 1 day but please allow 3-5 days in case of delay.  All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you in the order.

Each item comes mailed to you in an environmentally friendly mailing envelope which is guaranteed 100% degradable, for a flat charge of just £1.25 per item for baby hats. Postage and packing for soft toys is charged at £1.50.

We are able to provide a next day delivery service (delivery not available on weekends) at an additional cost of £5.00. Please specify this option from the drop down menu on Checkout.

Items can be delivered within Europe (non UK) at an additional cost of £1.00 and £1.50 for all other countries outside of Europe. Please select the appropriate option from the drop down menu on Checkout.

If none of the above apply please indicate No Delivery Surcharge in the drop down menu on Checkout.

We are able to offer Free Delivery for orders over £25.00. Just select Free Delivery from the drop down menu on Checkout and voila!
